Delivery:

1. Free worldwide delivery.
2. Shipping Logistics Providers: DHL, 4PX UPS, TNT, FEDEX and EMS (usually)
3. Processing Time: All orders are shipped within 1-3 days of purchase. *Business days only
4. Estimated Delivery Time: Within 7-12 days (Delivery time is estimated only and cannot be guaranteed.)  If you need faster shipping service, you can choose express shipping when place the order.Then package can be delivered normally within 3~7 days.

1. Please make sure the shipping address on the order is correct before payment, as it is our shipping address.
2.When force majeure is encountered, the processing of the order will be delayed. However, weather permitting, we will ensure that your order is processed quickly.
3. We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that the product is not damaged. If the product is damaged in transit, please contact us at soulyearntea@gmail.com immediately within 3 working days of receipt.

Orders Tracking

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped.You can track your items on the carrier's official website 24 hours a day. or you can click orders tracking page to track your order

1.Please note, international shipping services do vary from country to country. To find out the exact services that are available, please put in your full address at check out.
2.Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

If need to return, please contact us first for the return process and precautions.

Additional non-returnable items:

1. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. unauthorized returns.

3. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

4. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

5. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you have 72 hours upon arrival of the product to contact us about the defective unit. You can reach out to us here soulyearntea@gmail.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should email us at soulyearntea@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
