Warranty & Return

We will do our best to ensure that the products shipped to our customers are in the best condition possible.

Please inspect the package before signing for it. If the product is not in good condition, please do not sign for it. Then please ask the courier company for some proof (such as pictures of damaged goods) and contact us immediately. We will contact the courier company to deal with it.

1. Return and full refund
--Products with quality problems can be returned to us for a full refund if notified within 24 hours (from the date of receiving the product).
--Customers need to send the product back to us, when we receive the product, we will give you a full refund within the next 72 hours.
--We will pay all necessary shipping charges for the returned products.

2. Replacement
--Products with quality problems can be replaced within 3 days notice (from the date of receipt of the product).
--Customers are required to send the product back to us, and when we receive the product, we will replace it with a new one and ship it back to you.
--We will pay all necessary shipping charges for the replacement product shipped to you.

3. 7-day returns and partial refunds
--SOUL YEAR TEA is unable to give a full refund for the following quality issues:
"This product doesn't look like the one in your photo."
"This product is not what I thought it would be."
"I was not satisfied with this product."
"The product did not arrive in time."

--We will deduct a certain amount of handling fee and give you a partial refund based on the total amount of your order.

 4. Note

This warranty does not apply to damages caused by human-made damage,accident,flood,lightning.
